As Captiva Learning grows, we seek ambitious Enrolment Consultants to join us.  We are looking for individuals who actively seek out new challenges to join our team of Enrolment Consultants, supporting learners through our range of ground-breaking apprenticeship programmes.

As an Enrolment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our mission at Captiva Learning. Your primary responsibility will be to advise and guide learners and employers, supporting them through the entire enrolment process. Your role is instrumental in helping individuals and organisations achieve their educational and career goals, making it a crucial part of our company's mission.

The details:

  • Enrolment Consultant
  • Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE
  • Bonus Scheme with a structure that offers 1–3-year OTE of up to £40,000 plus in bonus
  • Full-Time Position in our Head Office in Stratford
  • Permanent role
  • 25 Days Annual Leave (One extra day leave given per year to a maximum of 30 days plus Bank Holidays)
  • Private Healthcare on completion of probation

As an Enrolment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our mission at Captiva Learning. Your primary responsibility will be to advise and guide learners and employers, supporting them through the entire enrolment process. Your role is instrumental in helping individuals and organisations achieve their educational and career goals, making it a crucial part of our company's mission.

The Team at Captiva Learning offers its stakeholders in-depth consultation at all levels. With detail-oriented practices at its forefront, you will develop new and existing relationships daily and forge long-term partnerships through your learner and client engagement.

Captiva is home to three colleges: the National College of Education (NCE), the National Centre for Leadership and Management (NCLM), and Premier Pathways. Collectively, these colleges serve over 2,000 current leadership learners at Level 3, Level 5, Level 6, and Level 7 and over 1500 alumni.
